Can my whole team use the same contacts?

Yes. Contacts belong to the workspace, so everyone with access to Contacts sees the same list and the same updates.

Can I export my contacts?

Yes. Export downloads your contacts as a CSV file. If you search first, only the matching contacts are exported.

Can I save someone straight from a call or email?

Yes. When a call or email comes from someone who isn't saved yet, save them from the conversation in your inbox. For calls, the name and company are suggested from the call summary when it has them.

Can AI employees use my contacts?

Yes. They can search your contacts to find the right person, and add or update contacts when you ask them to.
