How it works

Write a doc
Start a doc from the New menu in any Drive folder, or import Markdown files or a Notion export. The outline on the side follows your headings and blocks drag into a new order, so long playbooks stay easy to rework. A link to a task or conversation on its own line shows as a live card.
Build a sheet
Add columns with the type each one needs, then fill rows by hand, paste them from another spreadsheet, import a CSV or Excel file, or let your AI insert them. Formulas recalculate on every change, and the totals row can sum, average, or count each column.
Review in context
Comments sit next to the words they're about, or on the whole doc, and a mention notifies the person. Resolved threads stay on record without cluttering the page. People with a commenter or editor link can join the review after signing in.
Hand it to your AI
Ask AI knows which doc or sheet you have open. Select cells and choose Ask AI about selection, or ask an AI employee to fill a tracker or rewrite one section of a playbook. Every AI edit to a doc is saved as a version, and a sheet's AI changes sit in its history, so you can undo either.

Where do docs and sheets live?

In Drive. Create one from the New menu in any folder; it's shared, searched, moved, and restored from Trash like any other file.

Who can edit a doc or sheet?

Anyone it's shared with as an editor. Commenters can read and comment, viewers can only read, and a share link can carry any of those roles.

Can I go back to an earlier version?

Yes. Docs keep earlier versions you can compare with the current text and restore. Sheets keep a history of every row change, and any change in it can be restored.

What kinds of columns can a sheet have?

Text, number, date, date and time, checkbox, dropdown, multi-select, link, email, phone, currency, reference, and formula. Formulas support SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX, COUNT, COUNTA, CONCATENATE, and IF.

Can I bring in documents I already have?

Yes. Import Markdown files or a Notion export: pages become docs, pages with sub-pages become folders, and databases become sheets. CSV and Excel files become sheets too.

Can my AI employees edit documents and sheets?

Yes, the ones shared with them. They read and update documents section by section, and in sheets they add, change, and delete rows and can change the columns.
