Owners have the option of receiving payment in the form of a check or we offer direct deposit. Maintenance and cleaning expenses- we are able to handle payment for you though the owners account. We collect and send payment to the municipalities for the city taxes. 1099’s are promptly distributed to the owners at the beginning of the year.
